Kathleen V. Casto, Ph.D. POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCHER
Kathleen received her B.A. in psychology and chemistry from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, M.A. in psychological science from James Madison University, and Ph.D. in neuroscience and animal behavior from Emory University. She comes to the SPEL lab as a postdoctoral fellow with the National Academy of Sciences, National Research Council in collaboration with the US Army Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center to study the social neuroendocrinology of competitive and cooperative behavior and social status within and between groups and how these factors relate to group performance.
